‘My stepfather has been very happy in Norwood House for 3 and a half years. I visit him on a regular basis and I am made welcome at absolutely any time of the day. He is 97 years old and is treated with respect and consideration of anything he wants or needs. He has on a number of occasions had chest infections which is his weakness, but the care that he did receive and does still receive is always outstanding. The staff and management are excellent and families are always made to feel welcome. I cannot thank them enough for the care they provide for him.’
